Thinking about a Rail Fence

Here is my temporary color combination.....and no, the pinwheels aren't yet finished and yes, I'm thinking about another project.....and just talked to Susan on the phone about teaching quilting.......maybe for the City of West Melbourne??? Maybe for the senior center in Palm Bay?? I miss teaching.....and I love quilting.....more on this later.

The start of something?

Here you go.....matched up Lindsey's fat quarters with solid (or near to solid) colors from my stash. We will see how they mesh together for a quilt. So, if you click on the photo you can better see the problem with the light blue fabric matching up to the purple fabric with flowers......I haven't cut the squares from the blue yet, as I may try one first to see how it goes.....ideas?

Crazy for Pinwheels

Our flight was cancelled.....Lindsey gave me fat quarters for Xmas.......and together with the video in the last post, I have prepared for a purple pinwheel creation by cutting our 5" squares!!!!
